Biography:

SALVATORE TOMO

The metamorphosis of an eclectic in search of the truth.

Salvatore Tomo is an painter and writer “tout court”, faithful only to his inspiration.
He makes use of any medium which allows him to express himself and at times, does so as if in a deep “trance” .
His love for art and literature led to him renouncing his legal studies and to prefer alchemy, seeing it a game that allows him to express his emotions using diverse materials and symbols and signs of a remarkably expressive intensity.
His mediterranean temperament, together with a happy, jovial character, pushes him to travel continuously, in search of knowledge and sources of inspiration , like Ulysses, whose constant curiosity and desire for challenge led him to endless travels.
Thus, an artist with an intense and complex life, both privately and artistically, a testimony to the present but projected towards the future thanks to his insatiable thirst for experimentation.
